Dr. Rettig's DSO trip

In August of 2007, 25 entering students particiapted in Denison's Service Orientation (DSO) trip.  I participated in this program as a faculty staff member.  During our five days in Washington, D.C. we spent time working at homeless shelters, soup kitchens, shelters for run-aways or for women recovering from substance abuse, etc.  Here is a photo of the 25 students and the four student staff members.
