-Joanna Tague has been selected to participate in an international, month-long seminar on decolonization, sponsored by the American Historical Association, the National History Center, and the Kluge Center of the Library of Congress during the summer of 2013
-Lauren Araiza has received an R. C. Good Fellowship for 2014
-Megan Threlkeld has been selected to participate in a Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History seminar for university and college professors on the Gilded Age at Stanford University
-Adam Davis has been awarded a year-long fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities (2014-15) to support his book project, "The Rise of the Hospital and the Formation of a Charitable Society in 12th and 13th-Century Champagne"
-The History Department warmly welcomes Hannah Weiss Muller, who will join the Denison faculty as an assistant professor in January 2014. Dr. Muller is a historian of Britain and the British Empire. She received her PhD from Princeton University and her B.A. from Harvard University. For the last several years she has been teaching as a Lecturer in the Committee on Degrees in History and Literature at Harvard.
