HNRS 187-01: Human Nature and Sociocultural Diversity
This course will offer an introduction to the examinations of human nature and society including the biological evolution of hominids.Utilizing a variety of sociocultural approaches to the study of humans we will take a cross cultural approach to understanding human social, economic and political organization.In addition, we will examine the sources of inequality and the effects of social movements that form to challenge inequality as well as the extent of recent social change.
