Susan is currently Orchestra Director for the Newark City Schools and the artistic music director for the Newark-Granville Youth Symphony. Previously, she was the Orchestra Director in the Bexley City Schools for 15 years during
which time her orchestras won national recognition and were invited to
perform at the White House and at international festivals. Susan earned
her BA in Music Ed. at Kent State University and has done graduate work
at OSU and The University of Wisconsin. Susan has been a conductor and
clinician for school ensembles throughout Ohio, Music Director for
theater productions at Otterbein College, and has conducted the
Columbus Women's Orchestra. She currently performs with the Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra.
