Dr. Snyder is interested in understanding factors that affect our interpersonal judgments.  Her research interests focus on how appearance and actions affect social perception.  Teaching in the areas of motivation, research methods, statistics, and psychology of women, Dr. Snyder has been at Denison since 1973.  Some seminars she has offered include the Psychology of Evil and the Psychology of Eating.
