Associate Professor Linda J. Krumholz earned a B.A. from Reed College and master's and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She joined the English department in 1992. She teaches contemporary American literature with an emphasis on African American, Native American, and ethnic literatures of the United States. She is a member of the Black Studies Committee and the Women's Studies Committee at Denison. Her publications on ToniMorrison and Leslie Marmon Silko have appeared in African American Review, Ariel, Modern Fiction Studies, and elsewhere.
