New classroom seating for Fellows Hall

Some tablet arm seats possible for Fellows Hall. Chair "C" was selected by students and faculty participating in the evaluation. Click on image to enlarge and use your arrow keys to navigate.

Chair "A" Sleb base = easily moved. Cushioned seat and back. Shown with small tablet arm; larger tablet is available.

Chair "A" Cushions are not easily replaced on this model.

Chair "A" Seat back flexes at attachment point - spring loaded. Spring is strong and tends to push person back up.

Chair "B" Large tablet arm with good clearance for legs. Seat and back are textured, not cushioned. Black tablet arm shows fingerprints and dirt.

Chair "B" Similar to chair "C" but not cushioned. Straight legs don't have glides so this model is very hard to move on carpet.

Seat "B" Seat back flexes in proportion to person's weight.

Chair "C" Large tablet arm also available. Note large clearance between seat and tablet which allows crossing of legs.

Chair "D" Tablet arm is detachable for storage or for chair to be used in seminar seating at a table. Sled base.

Chair "E" Large tablet arm swings out and back. Easy to get in and out of. Tablet arm surface is textured (different styles may be available). Available in many seat colors. Cushions can be replaced if damaged.

Chair "E" Casters make this very easy to move around. Well cushioned seat back and bottom. Bottom folds up along with table arm for "nesting" (storage).

Chair "E" Back flexes at attachment point (spring loaded, strong resistance tends to push person upright).
