By Car

Denison's 1200-acre hillside campus is in Granville, Ohio, just 27 miles east of Columbus, the state capital. The college is less than 10 miles north of Interstate 70 (Exit 126) on Route 37. This is the best route from the east, west and south.

If coming from the north, you should exit Interstate 71 at Bellville and take State Route 13 south into Mt.Vernon. From there, Route 661 south will bring you the 23 miles to the back entrance of Denison.

By Air

Port Columbus International Airport is about 22 miles from campus and is served by most major airlines. During regular campus visits, Sunday through Friday, student drivers can pick you up at the airport. Driving time to and from the airport is about 40 minutes. We need to have two weeks' advance notice to make these arrangements. During special programs, Denison provides scheduled van service to and from the airport.

Driving directions to Denison from Port Columbus Airport - Take exit road (International Parkway) from terminal, go straight through the traffic light at Stelzer Rd. Stay in the right lane and take the exit marked 670 to 270. Once on 670, stay in the left lane and take the 270 North Exit toward Cleveland. On 270 take second exit (New Albany - Rt. 161 east). Stay on Rt. 161 east. When Rt. 161 ends, stay straight on Rt. 37 east. Take the second Granville exit. In Granville, Rt. 37 becomes Main Street. Continue straight on Main Street through the first traffic light to the front entrance of campus. Continue straight up the hill under an overpass and make a left.
