Swasey Chapel
Beauty and Vitality
With towering trees, historic and contemporary
buildings, our campus has a New England feel that makes it a
wonderful place
to be at any time of the year. Denison offers a safe and inviting
atmosphere to call home. In fact, virtually all of our 2,100 students
live on campus, which gives Denison a vibrant sense of community.
Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat of your own
or an apartment-style residence hall to share with friends, Denison
has a place for everyone.
On campus, students enjoy:
relaxing at The Roost, a casual meeting place in Slayer Union,
sipping coffee at the Bandersnatch Coffee House, seeing a play
or concert at Ace Morgan Theater or the Burke Hall Theatre, or
working out at the Mitchell Recreation and Athletics Center. At
Denison, you’ll find our distinctive campus experience provides
an ideal setting to get involved, find your niche, and grow as
an individual.
"I love coming back to campus at night and always seeing Swasey Chapel aglow-like a beacon of light that welcomes you home."
