Denison Lacrosse Alumni

Denison Lacrosse Alumni was formed in 2004 to provide a way for ex-Denison lacrosse players to re-connect with each other and to the Denison lacrosse program. Since our launch, the DLA has conducted a number of activities supporting our members and the varsity program. We've hosted hospitality events during the varsity's spring trip, at the NCAA Tournament over Memorial Day Weekend, at the Summit Lacrosse Tournament in Lake Placid NY, and during Denison's Parents Weekend. We also publish an ongoing email newsletter, assist the head coach in recruiting, and have raised funds for new helmets and uniforms, state-of-the-art video equipment, and to supplement the salary of the part-time assistant coach.

Today, the DLA has a growing membership of over 300 members, representing classes, coaches, and parents from 1957 to 2008 across 35 states and Washington D.C. DLA members also help rising juniors and recent graduates in their career development, from job networking to providing insights into various industries. The DLA's web site, www.denisonlacrosse.org, features updates about the varsity program, interviews with Head Coach Mike Caravana, team statistics, profiles of DLA members, information about DLA activities, and more.
