Denison Student Athletes to Host Community Event

The Denison University Student Athlete Advisory Committee will host National Student Athlete Day on Sunday April 10 at the Denison University Mitchell Center indoor track. Children grades K-6 are invited to participate in a free sports clinic that will be supervised by student-athletes and coaches at Denison. There will be several clinics in track, football, volleyball, basketball and soccer. Each clinic is adapted to the age group the child is registered for and basic skills will be practiced. Participants should wear comfortable clothing to run and play in. Registration is from 1:00-1:30 p.m. and the clinics will run from 1:30-4:00 p.m.
