Men's Basketball: Wooster bounces Big Red from NCAC TournamentThe Big Red made their return to the North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament after a two year hiatus but they found themselves pitted against an emotional and determined Wooster squad on Tuesday night from Timken Gymnasium. The result was a 101-68 victory for the top-seeded Fighting Scots. |

The Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame has announced that Louis A. Mitchell, a Denison University Life Trustee, and member of the Class of 1957, will be inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame during its fourth annual banquet and ceremony on May 30 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
The 2009 NCAC Women's Basketball Tournament will get underway on Tues. (Feb.24) when the No. 1 seed Denison Big Red host No. 8 seed Oberlin Yeowomen at 7:30 p.m. Tune in to the Denison Sports Network to hear all of the action.
