Mollie Parrish

Mollie Parrish returns for her second season as an assistant men's and women's swimming coach at Denison University.
Parrish, a 2002 graduate of Denison University and a key cog in the Big Red's 2001 NCAA national championship, returned to her alma mater in 2006 after serving as an assistant coach at Wesleyan University (Conn.).
During her time at Denison, Parrish was a 22-time All-American and was named the 2001 NCAA Division III Swimmer of the Year after breaking the national record in the 100 butterfly. She also swam on the national championship 200 free relay and 200 and 400 medley relay teams. In all, she accumulated eight national titles during her time at Denison and left DU with 15 swims ranked in the small college all-time top-20.
In addition to her outstanding performances in the pool, Parrish became the 38th student athlete from Denison to be awarded the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. A native of Hamilton, Ohio, Parrish graduated from Denison with a bachelor's degree in biology and earned her master's degree in liberal studies from Wesleyan University.
