Men's Cross Country: Men's Harriers Take Second at Manchester Invite

The Denison men’s cross country team placed second out of eight teams on Saturday at the Manchester Invitational in North Manchester, Ind.

Denison got a pair of top-10 performances from Joel Bendtsen (Chillicothe, Ohio/Chillicothe) and Grant Russo (Medina, Ohio/Medina).  Bendtsen placed fourth overall with a time of 25:30.00 and Russo followed in ninth with a time of 26:08.

Also logging top-20 finishes was Kindy Tice(Cedarburg, Wis./Marquette Univ. HS), Craig Baker (Canton, Ohio/GlenOak) and Adam Tewahade (Aurora, Colo/Regis Jesuit). Tice and Baker placed 14^th and 15^th, respectively and Tewahade was 17^th.
