Football: Eight named to National Football Foundation Honor SocietyThe National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame has announced the members of the 2009 Hampshire Honor Society. Among the selected recipients are eight members of the Big Red's graduating class of 2009. |
If you were planning on making the short trip to Gambier, Ohio on Saturday (Nov. 7) when the Big Red take on Kenyon College, be sure to take part in the Kenyon/Denison Football Coat Drive. Winter jackets, scarves, blankets and gloves will be accepted inside the stadium.

The Denison University Athletic Department will once again provide free internet-only live audio coverage of select Big Red home athletic events in 2009-10.
On Saturday (Oct. 3) the Big Red will take on Case Western Reserve at 7 p.m. Catch all the action by clicking the link below.

Denison’s varsity football players and coaches recently teamed up with the Granville Studio of Visual Arts (GSVA) to help construct a digital media lab for students of all ages on the grounds of Bryn Du Mansion in Granville. On Sunday, September 13, over the course of four hours, some 90 players took up hammers and saws to install drywall, flooring and shelving on the second floor of GSVA’s facility at the mansion.
