Hatem named head football coach at DenisonFollowing an extensive national search, Denison University has named Jack Hatem as its new head football coach. Hatem, 48, becomes Denison's 20th head coach in the 121-year history of Big Red football. He has spent the last five seasons at Denison as an assistant coach, serving as defensive coordinator since 2007. |

Football: Earlham rallies for 21-17 win over Big RedEarlham's Chris Owens caught a 29-yard touchdown pass from James Mees with 30 seconds left, capping off a fourth quarter rally which saw the Quakers score 21 unanswered points to top the Denison Big Red, 21-17 from Deeds Field-Piper Stadium. Owens was on the receiving end of two of Mees' three touchdown passes in the final quarter. |
