Men's Tennis: Cempre and Hobrath pace Big Red at ITA Central Regional
The Denison men's tennis team took part in the annual ITA Central Regional hosted by Washington University (Mo.) this weekend in St. Louis. The Big Red were led by the team of junior Nate Hobrath and sophomore Tyler Cempre, who will play in the semifinals of the doubles tournament.

Men's Tennis: DU competes at the Rocket Invitational
The Denison men's tennis team competed against Division I, II and III opponents at the Rocket Invitational hosted by the University of Toledo this past weekend. Junior Jared Connolly and sophomore Matt McErlean posted 3-0 and 2-0 records, respectively, to pace the Big Red.

Denison lands four on ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District At-Large squads
Four Denison athletes received spots on the 2009 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District At-Larges squads. Senior women's swimmer Kristen Hohl and senior men's tennis player James Davis both earned first-team honors while diver Russ Bornschein and lacrosse player Brady Burton both landed on the second-team.

Men's Tennis: Denison lands four on All-NCAC squad
The 22nd-ranked Denison men's tennis team had four members earn spots on the 2009 North Coast Athletic Conference all-conference teams. The senior tandem of Jordan Buehler and James Davis earned All-NCAC recognition for the fourth-straight season after taking home first-team honors in both singles and doubles action.

Men's Tennis: Denison falls to Kenyon in NCAC title match
Denison suffered a 5-0 loss to eighth ranked Kenyon College in the championship match of the 2009 North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday in Gambier, Ohio. The victory is the third straight conference championship for the Lords.

The Denison men's tennis team steamrolled through the opening two rounds of the 2009 North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament, setting up a clash with fellow top-seed, Kenyon College on Saturday at 11 a.m. Denison and Kenyon will be meeting for the championship for the fifth consecutive season.

The 23rd-ranked Denison Big Red rattled off their third-consecutive victory and finished their North Coast Athletic Conference West Division schedule with a 4-0 record after a 5-0 decision over Wabash College on Thursday afternoon in Granville.

The 23rd-ranked Denison men's tennis team improved to 13-4 on the season after a 9-0 victory over the College of Wooster on Wednesday afternoon in the Mitchell Recreation Center.

Men's Tennis: DU blanks Allegheny
No. 23 Denison improved to 12-4 on the year following a 9-0 victory over Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. on Saturday afternoon. Seniors Jordan Buehler and James Davis teamed up to earn their 12th doubles win of the season. The pair also picked up wins at first and second singles to run their records to 7-6 and 8-5, respectively.

Men's Tennis: Denison drops Hope to close out GLCA Tournament
After suffering a 5-3 loss to No. 28 Kalamazoo in the second round of the 2009 Great Lakes College Association men's tennis Championship on Friday night Denison bounced back with a 6-3 win over regionally ranked Hope College on Saturday.
