Kenyon scored two goals in the opening 17 minutes of play and that would be enough as Kenyon held on for a 2-0 victory over Denison on Tuesday afternoon in Gambier.

Kenyon got on the board in the ninth minute when Kelly Adams scored off an unassisted goal.  The Ladies would strike again eight minutes later off a goal from Sophia Daly.

The Ladies outshot the Big Red 18-6 as DU goalkeeper Kristie Hart (Blacklick, Ohio/Columbus Academy) posted nine saves in her return to the cage.  Kenyon's Karen Thompson had four saves for Kenyon.

The Big Red will close out their season on Saturday when they host Oberlin College at 1 p.m.
