Frost Named NCAC Player of the Week

Denison University senior Krissy Frost (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) was named the North Coast Athletic Conference women's lacrosse Athlete of the Week. Frost scored five goals and added three assists as Denison defeated Oberlin, 18-12. In the Big Red's 14-6 defeat of Allegheny, she added another three goals. Frost leads Denison with 37 points and 32 goals this season. Frost is sixth in the conference in points at 3.36 per game and fifth in goals at 2.91 per game. If she can score eight more goals, she will be the first Denison player to score 40 goals in a season since Leslie Masterpaul scored 42 in 2003. The Big Red will be at home, against Kenyon on Thursday, April 19. The game will be televised by The Columbus Sports Network (CSN) and will be broadcast on tape delay on Thursday at 9:30 p.m. and again on Friday (April 20) at noon and 4 p.m. CSN is broadcast on Channels 78 and 524 on the Insight cable system, Channel 97 on the WOW cable system, and over-the-air on Channel 32. Time Warner Cable Mid-Ohio Division plans to carry CSN on Channel 78. Please check your local listings.
