Denison senior Quinn Simmons beat the buzzer in the first overtime and sophomore Sara Langsam scored with 1:47 remaining in the second OT, lifting Denison to a 10-9 victory over first-place Wooster on Saturday afternoon.

Women's Lacrosse: Big first half leads Denison past Allegheny

After Allegheny took the opening draw for a quick score the Big Red would respond with seven unanswered goals that spanned just eight minutes. That six-goal pad would be enough for Denison as they would withstand a Gator comeback attempt and hang on for the 14-11 victory on Sunday at Deeds Field-Piper Stadium.
