Women's Outdoor Track & Field: Navarre takes 5th in 5K at NCAA ChampionshipsAfter a program best sixth-place mark in the 10K on Thursday evening, Denison sophomore Katie Navarre completed her performance at the 2009 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship by finishing fifth out of 17 athletes in the 5,000 meter run on Saturday afternoon at Don Drumm Stadium in Marietta, Ohio. |

Women's Outdoor Track & Field: Navarre places 6th in the 10K at NCAA ChampionshipDenison sophomore Katie Navarre competed in the women's 10,000 meters at the 2009 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship on Thursday night in Marietta, Ohio and placed sixth out of 17 runners in the event. It marked the best finish by a Denison female in the history of the NCAA Outoor Championships. |

The Big Red finished the event 16th in the 18-team field. |
