Women's Soccer: Ash Named NCAC Athlete of the Week

Senior forward Sarah Ash (Cincinnati, Ohio/Sycamore) was named the North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week after leading the 14th ranked Big Red to a 3-0 victory over Hiram College on Saturday (Oct. 4).
Ash scored two goals and added one assist to lead her squad to their third consecutive victory and fifth shutout of the season. She leads the squad in points (18) and is second in goals scored with six and first in assists with six.
Ash and the Big Red are 7-2-1 and ranked 14th in the latest NSCAA/adidas top-25 coaches poll. They will host Oberlin College on Wednesday (Oct. 8) at 7 p.m.
