Women's Swimming & Diving: Big Red defeats rival Kenyon in dual meetIn the annual clash of North Coast Athletic Conference rivals and Division III national powerhouses, the Denison women's swimming and diving team knocked off Kenyon College 139-104 on Saturday in Gambier, Ohio. The dual meet victory over the Ladies was the Big Red's first since the 2005-06 campaign. |

Women's Swimming & Diving: DU captures third-straight NCAC Relay crownThe Denison women's swimming & diving team captured five event championships and broke two meet records en route to their third-consecutive victory at the North Coast Athletic Conference Relays hosted by Denison University and Kenyon College. The Big Red totaled 188 points while second-place Kenyon accumulated 158 points. |

Kristen Hohl awarded postgraduate scholarship from NCAAThe NCAA has recently announced that Denison University senior swimmer Kristen Hohl has been awarded the prestigious Postgraduate Scholarship for the Winter of 2009. The scholarship, awarded annually to college senior scholar-athletes who have excelled academically and athletically, is Denison's 43rd such honor. |

Women's Swimming: Big Red place third at 2009 NCAA ChampionshipAfter four grueling days of competition at the 2009 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championship the Denison Big Red finished in third place with 413 points and closed out the meet in style by winning the 400 freestyle relay in come-from-behind fashion. Denison finished just 53.5 points behind second-place Emory. |
