Seven members of the Big Red men's and women's team achieved Scholar All-America status and both the men's and women's teams were honored after both squads posted cumulative GPA's over 3.00. |

Women's Swimming & Diving: Big Red earn program's fifth runner-up trophy at nationalsDenison entered the final night of the 2010 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championship trailing first place Emory by only 25.5 points. When the dust settled, Denison had earned the program's fifth national runner-up trophy. Emory University captured the national championship with 568.5 points. |

Denison won 18 of 20 events which resulted in a 246 point victory over second-place Kenyon College. |

Swimming & Diving: Big Red squads primed to defend titles at NCAC ChampionshipFor the first time in school history, both the Denison men's and women's swimming and diving teams will enter the North Coast Athletic Conference Championship as the reigning champs. In 2009, both squads combined to win 31 of 40 events en route to each program's second conference since the formation of the NCAC in 1984-85. |

Women's Swimming & Diving: Swanson named NCAC Swimmer of the WeekDenison University freshman Alyssa Swanson was selected North Coast Athletic Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week following her performance in the Big Red's 217-80 victory at Carnegie Mellon last Saturday. |
On March 17-20 Denison will compete at the 2010 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championship in Minneapolis, Minn.
The 2010 NCAC Swimming & Diving Championships will begin on Feb. 11 and continue through Feb. 13. Stay tuned for updates throughout the weekend.
Swimmers head to Miami, Divers at Calvin for Invitationals
The DU men's and women's swimmers will compete at the 3-day Miami Invitational beginning on Thursday (Dec. 3) while the men's and women's divers will travel to Calvin for their invitational beginning on Friday (Dec. 4) and continuing through Saturday.

The Denison men's and women's swimming teams placed third at the 2009 NCAA Division III Championships from the University of Minnesota. The Big Red won six national event titles. Check the links below for all of the recaps from the four-day championship.
The Denison men's and women's swimming and diving teams captured the 2009 NCAC Championships and did so in grand fashion, combining for 31 victories and 24 meet records over the course of three days in Canton, Ohio. It marked the first title for the men since 1997 and the first for the women since 2004.
