Denison's dynamic duo of Marta Drane (Wilmington, Del./Tower Hill) and Kristin Cobb (Dayton, Ohio/Oakwood) are still alive in the NCAA Women's Tennis Doubles Championship in Lawrenceville, Ga. after earning a three-set victory in Saturday's quarterfinal round to advance to the national semifinals on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Cobb and Drane knocked off Washington & Lee's Katie Taubb and Lauren Carie 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 to return to the Final Four for the second consecutive year.  On Sunday the Denison tandem will face off against the tournament's top-ranked duo, Siobhan Finican and Olivia Muesse of Pomona-Pitzer College.

Finicane and Muesse knocked off Wheaton's Jordan Hook and Elizabeth Worsowicz in three sets on Saturday to advance to the semifinals.  The winner of the Denison-Pomona semifinal will play in the national doubles championship one hour after the completion of the semifinal match tomorrow afternoon.
