Fifth ranked Wittenberg withstood a second and third set charge by the Denison Big Red en route to a 3-0 (25-16, 25-18, 25-20) victory on Friday night from Livingston Gymnasium on the campus of Denison University.

Volleyball: Denison tops Oberlin for fourth consecutive victory
The Big Red won their fourth consecutive match and improved to 7-7 in North Coast Athletic Conference play following a 3-1 (17-25, 25-20, 25-11, 26-24) win over Oberlin College on Wednesday night at Livingston Gymnasium.

First-year middle hitter Megan Early was named the North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week after helping the Denison volleyball team to a perfect 3-0 record last week.

Volleyball: Big Red wins third straight against OWU
The Denison volleyball team won a 3-2 (25-21, 21-25, 19-25, 25-22, 15-9) battle with North Coast Athletic Conference rival Ohio Wesleyan University on Saturday afternoon. The victory increased the Big Red's winning streak to a season-high three games and upped DU's record to 9-16 overall and 6-7 in the conference.

Volleyball: Big Red picks up second straight win at Kenyon
Sara Mason led the way with nine kills as the Big completed the season sweep of Kenyon College with a 3-0 (27-25, 25-20, 25-19) win at the Kenyon Athletic Center in Gambier, Ohio on Friday night.

The Denison volleyball team halted a five match losing streak with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-19, 25-17) victory over North Coast Athletic Conference foe Earlham College on Tuesday night.

Volleyball: Denison drops 3-1 match to Allegheny
The Denison volleyball team opened up Friday night's match with a 25-23 victory over Allegheny College. However, the Gators rebounded to win the next three games (25-14, 25-16, 28-26) and complete the season sweep over the Big Red.

Volleyball: Hiram defeats Big Red
The Hiram College Terriers downed the Big Red volleyball team 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-22) on Wednesday night at Price Gymnasium in Hiram, Ohio. The loss moves Denison's record to 3-6 in the North Coast Athletic Conference while Hiram improves to 7-4 in conference play.

Volleyball: DU suffers a pair of close losses to Wooster and Capital
The improvement over the last month has been evident when it comes to the Denison volleyball team. The squad, made up of 13 first-year players and only four seniors and juniors continued to make great strides on Saturday afternoon, falling just shy against The College of Wooster and Capital University.
