Junior outside hitter Sara Mason (Lakewood, Ohio/Lakewood) was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District IV third team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Mason led Denison in kills with 195 in 93 games played.  Her .296 attack percentage was also second on the team and currently ranks her seventh in the North Coast Athletic Conference.  In 227 career games played she has totaled 544 kills.

A psychology major from Lakewood, Ohio, Mason boasts a 3.6 grade point average.
