Sara Mason (Lakewood, Ohio/Lakewood) led the way with nine kills as the Big completed the season sweep of Kenyon College with a 3-0 (27-25, 25-20, 25-19) win at the Kenyon Athletic Center in Gambier, Ohio on Friday night.

Mason, the team leader in kills in 2008, was joined on the statistical leaderboard by Megan Early (Findlay, Ohio/Van Buren) who posted four blocks.  Holly Leonard (Evanston, Ill./Evanston Twp.) pieced together an 18 dig effort while Ali Trotter (Cincinnati, Ohio/Turpin) and Claire Koneval (Solon, Ohio/Solon) combined for 36 assists.  Sophomore Lauren Weidner (Lake Barrington, Ill./Barrington) also chipped in 18 digs to tie Leonard for the team lead.

Denison improves to 8-16 overall and 5-7 in the North Coast Athletic Conference.  They will try and run their winning streak to three matches on Saturday (Oct. 25) when they host Ohio Wesleyan at 1 p.m.
