The doubles team of Marta Drane and Kristin Cobb are picking up right where they left off last spring. The duo defeated Greer Mackie and Kayla Smith of DePauw University in the doubles championship of the Wilson Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Region Championship.

Women's Tennis: No.3 Denison dominates at Oberlin Invitational

The Denison women's tennis team won seven draws at the Oberlin College Invitational this past weekend. The Big Red, who was ranked third in the final 2008 national rankings, went a perfect five-for-five by winning every singles draw they took part in.

The Denison women's tennis team completed their best season in school history following their third place finish at the 2008 NCAA Division III Championships.  In addition to the team finish, Marta Drane and Kristen Cobb were the runner-up in the Division III Doubles Championship.
