The postseason train, otherwise know as the Denison women's tennis team continues to roll on as the doubles team of Kristin Cobb and Marta Drane won a three set quarterfinal match to advance to the NCAA Division III semifinals on Sunday at noon (CST).

Denison defeated Pomona-Pitzer, 5-2 on Thursday morning to capture third place at the 2008 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championship. This is the highest finish for a Denison women's tennis team in school history.

Women's Tennis: Big Red advance to first NCAA Final Four

The Denison women's tennis team advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Division III women's tennis championship on Tuesday after rallying for a 5-2 victory over Emory at the Brown Tennis Complex in St. Peter, Minn. This is the first NCAA Final Four appearance in school history for the Big Red women's tennis team.

The Denison women's tennis team completed their best season in school history following their third place finish at the 2008 NCAA Division III Championships.  In addition to the team finish, Marta Drane and Kristen Cobb were the runner-up in the Division III Doubles Championship.
