Established: 1925
Use: The house is still used for chapter meetings and social functions.
History: The house is located at 425 West College Street in picturesque Granville, and was built in 1925. From 1938 - 1948, the house served as a home for Denison's Alpha Xi Delta chapter. In 1948, that chapter closed and 425 West College became a private residence once again.
