Intramural Entry Form for League Team Sports

• Entries must be complete and submitted by 12:00 noon on the closing date. (Reference first semester [pdf] and second semester [pdf] registration information for entry opening dates and closing dates for specific sports.)

• In season varsity and junior varsity athletes are not eligible to play IM's. Varsity and junior varsity athletes are not eligible to participate in the corresponding intramural sport during the same academic year. For more information, reference the Intramural By-Laws [pdf], Article I, Section III (a).

• In order to register a team, you must have enough players to field the team. Reference first semester [pdf] and second semester [pdf] registration information for the minimum number of players required for each team.
  

• If you are interested in participating in a team sport but do not have enough people to field a team, we cannot guarantee that we can place you on a team, but we will make every effort to do so.  If you want to be placed on a team, please click here.
