Why participate in DCA and volunteer service?
By participating in community service activities you have the opportunity to learn about community issues, interact with diverse cultures and lifestyles, explore your own values, gain valuable career experience, and work with your fellow students! You will have lots of company because over 25% of Denison students belong to a DCA service committee. DCA contributed more than 18,000 service hours last year. Great friendships and long-lasting connections are made based on shared concerns about the community.
