Reserving a DCA Car

DCA cars can only be used for service opportunities in the community. To check out a DCA car you must have a defensive driving card from Denison and a current drivers license.

To get a defensive driving card you must first complete the written test which you can take online from the following link: defensive driving online test

After completing the test and passing it you will be set up for a driving test. Please call Don Roach at extension 6482 and it will be set up for you.

We must have a copy of your drivers license on file and your defensive driving card to get a car. We're in the basement of Higley 025 to get that copied.

To get a car call 6384 or 6639 or come by. We'll reserve the car for you once we have everything on file.
Car packets are picked up at Security on P1 and the cars are parked on P4 in the garage.

Mileage Reimbursement Form [pdf]

Mileage reimbursement is available if a DCA car is not available. Turn in to the America Reads Office (Lower level of Higley Hall or Slayter Box 2436) on the last weekday of the month.
