Campus Organizations at Denison

Getting the most out of your experience at Denison University means getting involved. There are more than 160 organizations on campus that are a vital part of the Denison University Community. The Campus Leadership & Involvement Center team recognizes the importance of co-curricular activities as a key part of the college experience. Studies have shown that students who become involved in co-curricular activities in college benefit personally and socially, as well as academically. We encourage you to become involved in student life at Denison and to participate in the many activities offered.

Active participation in organizations provides opportunities for the development of leadership skills, social interaction and the opportunity to demonstrate creativity and responsibility, all while having some fun too. The organizations on campus produce an overwhelming array of things to see and do throughout the academic year. Events range from small gatherings to all-campus events, from lectures and musical performances to comedians and multi-cultural activities. The important thing to remember is that there is always something to do or to be involved in at Denison University.

While getting involved in a campus organization may seem intimidating at first, getting involved is one way to make new friends, do important and exciting things, and to just have a great experience while you are at Denison.
