What is Lead Green?
Lead Green is a day of innovation and interaction that includes small group conversations, personal reflection, take away activities to use with your organization and action planning. “Green” your leadership with a toolkit to maximize your capacity for collaboration, extend the reach of your programs and sustain yourself in the process.
The program seeks to develop leadership that lasts. What if you could construct a program, initiative, relationship, facility, procedure or even a culture that lived beyond their presence or involvement? You can! Sustainable Leaders are Aware, Deliberate, Grounded, Collaborative, Organized - AND pay attention to their "wants, needs and haves". Get inspired to have a lasting impact on your campus - apply the concepts of sustainability to leadership and ground yourself and your team in shared vision, shared credit and shared results.
When is Lead Green?
