O.N.E. — Organizing. Networking. Empowering.
What is O.N.E.?
O.N.E is a one-day leadership conference that is centered on three themes: Organizing, Networking, and Empowering. It consists of a variety of workshops and educational sessions related to these themes, which are presented by staff, students, and faculty. O.N.E allows students to develop and improve their leadership understanding, and provide them with opportunities to advance skills to apply on campus and in future-life experiences.

After RSVPing, participants will be asked to sign a confirmation of acceptance form and submit a fully refundable deposit. This information will be provided to participants via acceptance letters. See below for more information about deposits.
What are the requirements of O.N.E.?
O.N.E. is intended for any Denison student interested in learning more about leadership at Denison.
Is there a charge to participate?
O.N.E. is FREE to all students who are selected and attend the program, however students must submit a refundable deposit to the Campus Leadership &Involvement Center, 310 Slayter Union. Upon selection, applicants must submit a check made payable to Denison University in the amount of $50 to the Campus Leadership & Involvement Center. This check will not be deposited unless a student who accepts his or her participation in the program cancels or fails to attend O.N.E. Upon completion of the program, the refundable deposits will be returned to all participants. O.N.E. participants receive lunch free of charge.
When is O.N.E. and where is it located?
O.N.E. will be held December 1st, 2012.
Participants must be available for the entirety of the program. O.N.E. is held in the Burton D. Morgan Center.
Who is sponsoring O.N.E.?
The Leadership Fellows and the Campus Leadership & Involvement Center are the primary sponsors of O.N.E., with funding support from the Denison Campus Governance Association.
