What is the Signature?
Signature is an interactive workshop geared towards addressing, discovering, and developing individual and community identity on campus. This program was created by the Denison University Leadership Fellows, and gives participants the opportunity to brainstorm ideas they can apply towards making campus a better community!
Signature is a program of the Campus Leadership & Involvement Center and designed by the Leadership Fellows, with partial funding by the Denison Campus Governance Association.
How do I apply to participate in Signature?
Applications for Community Identity Program are available here. Applications are due February 13th by 5 pm.
What are the requirements of Signature?
Signature is intended for any Denison student that wishes to better develop their own understanding of their identity and how that identity operates within the Denison community. This workshop is perfect for all students that want to make an impact on our campus environment.
Participants must be available for the whole program in order to take full advantage of the Signature experience.
Is there a charge to participate?
Signature is FREE to all students who are selected and attend the program. However, students must submit a refundable deposit to the Campus Leadership and Involvement Center, 310 Slayter Union. Upon selection, applicants must submit a check made payable to Denison University in the amount of $50 to the Campus Leadership and Involvement Center. This check will not be deposited unless a student who accepts his or her participation in the program cancels or fails to attend Signature. Upon completion of the program, the refundable deposits will be returned to all participants. Should you have any questions about deposits or have difficulty submitting a deposit, please email Director of Campus Leadership and Involvement, Natalie K. Pariano.
Signature participants will receive lunch free of charge.
When is Signature and where is it located?
Signature will be held on February 23rd, 2013 from 10am-4pm in Burton Morgan.
