Purpose Statement:
In this group volunteers serve to assist underprivileged individuals and families of the Newark area in several ways. We travel to the salvation army to participate in activities with children in an after school program in hopes of providing them with positive role models. In terms of hunger issues we deliver food to a nearby food pantry and we travel to a local community to cook monthly dinners in conjunction with the Garden of Hope. We are always open to new ideas, so please come make a difference.
