Supporting comments: "Danielle has invested herself into our community. In two very significant ways, her time here will leave a lasting mark on Denison. One is through her many contributions in her work with the Student Activities Council. Her committee members don't just share their opinions; they know their events inside and out and have often made reservations or participated in setting up some part of the event. Danielle chairs one of SAC's most effective and active committees. In this role she leads and delegates in a seamless manor. The highest complement that I can offer to the scope of Danielle's leadership is that she doesn't simply lead others towards her goals; rather she shares her own ideas and facilitates shared ideas and mutual visions to help move her committee toward the attainment of their group goals. The second area is her work as a Tour Guide and Senior Interviewer for the Office of Admissions. Danielle has been an outstanding admissions representative for Denison. She has a warm and friendly personality mixed with a professional seriousness and maturity. She exudes intellectual curiosity and a love of learning. While taking on a very demanding and rigorous senior research project, she still comes into the admissions office with an upbeat personality, always excited to meet each new prospective student. Simply put, she is an impressive example to visiting families of the best a Denison student can be."
