Supporting comments: "With a take charge attitude, Tina not only gives her best, she tries to instill in others the motivation to do their best. Tina Marie served on June-O staff and later assisted in the staff selection process. In both instances, she utilized her knowledge of campus and academic life to improve the program and benefit its participants. During June-O, she was a frank and forthright voice telling entering students to work hard from their first day on campus, and to give back to the campus as much as they were taking from it. Finally, Tina Marie helped to lead a voter registration and transportation program last fall as a service project for a Greek organization. She is hard-working and tireless, and injects a spirit of goodwill into everything she does. It will be no surprise to the Denison community or the women of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. when her servant leadership is the first part of herself that she shares in whatever community she joins after her graduation.
