Supporting comments: "Two years ago, Charissa was such a strong participant at LeaderShape Institute, this past year she was asked to return to serve in the important leadership role of graduate intern. She was responsible for participant and faculty recruitment as well as all on-site coordination. Charissa just completed serving her second term as chapter president for Kappa Kappa Gamma. That she was willing to do this and that her chapter sisters entrusted her with it is an extraordinary statement about her leadership abilities. Kappa is a leader in risk management by setting the standard for safe and enjoyable social events. The chapter continues to make great strides undoubtedly related to Charissa's efficiency, dependability, consistency, and high standards. As co-chair of the Fraternity-Sorority Presidents Forum, she facilitates a group that meets formally once a month as an information venue, training ground, and support network for chapter presidents. In this elected position, Charissa will serve through May of 2006, which will allow her, as a past president, to continue the important work of mentoring the newer leaders."
