Supporting comments: "If you want to make it happen, you want Chelsea on your team. It is unusual to find a student who has so embraced her role as a leader but who never forgot that her purpose was to represent and to serve. Even after her official term as President of DCGA was over, she continued to provide a strong student voice by serving on the committee to select the next Dean of Students. Convinced that academic integrity should be at the forefront of a liberal arts education, she has continued her work with a group of student leaders on a project they took on over a year ago of introducing an honor code into Denison culture. Whether it's the honor code, all-night study access to Slayter, revising the Student Code of Conduct or the MLK Day of Celebration, Chelsea has that exceptional talent to motivate others, generate excitement and build consensus. She has been a model of reason, dedication and service to her fellow students and our campus community and her efforts have made Denison a stronger and better place for all."
