History: Designed for the Kappa Sigma fraternity. Before moving uphill, Kappa Sigma occupied the historic Avery-Downer house in Granville (1929-1957).
Building Style: Red brick colonial home
Current Use: Kappa Sigma now houses 36 coed first-year students in single and double units. Home to the Language and Culture House Program.
