Databases and indexes provide information about journal, magazine and newspaper articles.

Citations for articles back to 1949, representing some journals not covered in RILM. - RILM Abstracts of Music Literature:
Abstracts & citations from 414 music periodicals; also, information about dissertations, books, and conference proceedings. From 1969 to the present. - International Index to the Performing Arts:
Some full text, from 210 scholarly and popular performing arts periodicals. Coverage dates depend upon the title. - JSTOR Journal Archive:
Contains full-text articles for 33 music journals from volume 1, issue 1. DOES NOT contain any RECENT articles. To search, make sure you click the box on the Advanced Search screen for the Music collection.
