No fee access to Current Decisions of State Courts are available via sites supported by most state governments. Use State and Local Governments Internet Resource page from the Library of Congress to locate state government sites.
Court Decisions of State Courts may also be accessed via Lexis-Nexis. Use the following steps.
1. Under Quick Info click on "Legal Research"
2. Under Case Law click on "State Case Law"
3. Choose the required state
4. Choose the relevant type of court and time frame from the
pull-down menues
5. Type keywords, usually last names of the parties involved in
the Search Terms box and click on search.
