Bader began his career at Denison as assistant director of the Annual Fund before promotion to his current position as director.

A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in education, Bader holds a Master of Arts in higher education and student affairs from Ohio State University.

Before coming to the Denison Annual Fund in 2003, he worked as the assistant to the director of residence life at Bowling Green and as a graduate associate at the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State.
