In consideration of the internship(s) offered by your organization, in a cooperative effort with Denison University and its Denison Internship Program, your organization shall hold Denison University harmless from all acts (or lack thereof) which may affect the integrity or the validity of the results of the work in process or completed by the intern while participating in the internship program at your organization. Conversely, Denison University shall hold your organization harmless from acts as herein stated. Each party also waives the subrogation rights of the agents and /or representatives or their respective insurance companies for acts resulting from the internship as stated above.
