Employer Relations Committee
The Employer Relations Committee (ERC) was developed by Denison Career Services in 2003
to serve as a link between our office and employers as part of an outreach effort to improve
our current employer services and attract more organizations to Denison. The ERC's capacity is
to provide advice on current recruiting trends, best-practice examples, and serve as a means
for organizations to benchmark and brainstorm with one another.
