The Incumbent is responsible for the processing of seized assests throughout the disposition and official file closure, including performing completed research and analysis to determine the full scope of the forfeiture and related issues, such as asset sharing with other Federal, State and Local, and foreign government law enforcement agencies and adoptive seizures. Serves field divisions having the most active and complex asset seizure and forfeiture cases which involve diverse and complex technical issues.
