Sophomore QUEST
What is Quest?
The 8th annual QUEST program will take place in September, 2011 for the class of 2014. There is space for fifty sophomores to participate in this program which is designed to help students reflect on their vocational aspirations. Working with older students, staff, and a motivational speaker, QUEST encourages participants to think creatively about their personal, professional and civic lives!
What's in it for me?
Quest Provides sophomores with an opportunity to:
- Reflect on your interests, academic majors and future goals
- Participate in small group discussions about vocational and career interests
- Interact with other Sophomores, older students, faculty, staff and alumni
- Enjoy a great Off-Campus Resort Location
- Set goals and plan for your future
When & Where is Quest?
September 9-11, 2011, at Salt Fork Resort and Conference Center (Cambridge, Ohio...about 90 minutes away from campus).

Reflections from Past Participants...
"Even though I had a pretty clear sense of what I want to do in the future, Quest helped me by giving me new and creative ideas about the things that I can do now to help make my future as vibrant and fulfilling as possible. I came back to campus with an enthusiastic spirit and ideas for new ways to really get involved on and off campus."
-Brandon Hummons, 2013
"Taking advantage of the Quest Program was one of the most beneficial experiences of my Denison career thus far. I learned a lot about myself and the many ways I can go about achieving my goals. It also allowed me to allocate time to think about my future in a sacred, but community-oriented space."
-Manny Horsford, 2013
“Quest was a genuine opportunity to expand my life goals and visions, as well as to reflect on the progress that I have made to get to the point where I am now. The opportunity to engage with peers in my graduation year was an experience unlike any other and something that I will cherish for the rest of my time at Denison and beyond.”
-Daphne Martin, 2012
